After taking 1 cup , i think abit diffussed thickly .It turn out I suffer from diarahoe and had to use charcoal and diarahae medicine to stop the diarrahae effect .
Slim down 1 kg . I suppose only water is been pulled out.
I wont dare to take anymore of it.But it was known that I shouldnt take full diffussion . Maybe 1 packet can put into 1 litre?
