Preparation .
Just follow instruction of the formual D and C at day 1 ,2 and 3 and Psylium Husk
When I took it , I couldnt fast on day 2 . i wasnt motivated . I was hungry .
But After the three days ,I lost 1 kg.
I suspect it is due to water .
Secondly It is just lemon and maple syrups . DETOX , means u had to fast yourself .
